Terms & Conditions

Payments:         

Please note that all classes & lessons must be paid for on the day / night it takes place, on arrival.                               The charge is for Admission into the ballroom, not necessarily participation (e.g. if you bring someone to watch).

Private Lessons:         

Remember! If you need to change your lesson, you must call 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged. This policy is very important because it gives us time to re-book the instructor and venue.

Teachers:         

If a teacher is unable to attend a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, a substitute teacher will deliver the lesson without prior notice where possible.

Events + Trips:

Ticketed events, dinners, shows, all other social events and coach / mini bus trips require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable, advance deposit to secure spaces.

Management:

The Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
